Your hosting plan includes email on your own domain. You create addresses in Plesk and then connect them to your mail program.
Creating an address
- 1In Plesk go to Mail and click Create Email Address.
- 2Enter the address you want and pick a strong password.
- 3Optionally set a forwarding address if you want to read everything in one place.
Settings for your mail program
Incoming (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com port 993 SSL/TLS Outgoing (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com port 465 SSL/TLS Username: your full email address
Use IMAP, not POP3. With IMAP your mail stays on the server and you see the same thing on your phone and computer.
Is your mail landing in other people's spam? Open a ticket and we will check your SPF and DKIM records. That fixes it in most cases.
Why mail ends up in spam
| Cause | What it does | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| No SPF record | Recipient cannot verify you may send | We set it up for you, request it via a ticket |
| No DKIM | Your mail is not signed | We enable it on your domain |
| Sender name differs | Looks like spoofing | Use the same address as sender and reply-to |
| Images only in the mail | Classic spam signal | Always include enough plain text |
Mail on your phone

- 2Choose Add account and then Other.
- 3Enter your full email address and password.
