Terms and conditions
1. Definitions
In these terms, "Centova" means: Centova, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 76902315. "Client": the natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with Centova. "Services": web hosting, radio hosting, streaming, domain registration and related services.
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every agreement between Centova and the client. Deviations are only valid if agreed with Centova in writing.
3. Services
Centova supplies web hosting, radio hosting, streaming and domain registration. The specific characteristics of each service are described on the website and in the client portal. Centova aims for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee it.
4. Payments
Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Payment can be made by iDEAL, credit card or direct debit. If payment is late, Centova may suspend the services.
5. Cancellation
Web hosting plans can be cancelled monthly with one month notice. Radio streaming plans can be cancelled monthly. Domain registrations run per year and renew automatically unless cancelled in time.
6. Money-back guarantee
Centova offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all web hosting plans. This guarantee does not apply to domain registrations or radio streaming plans.
7. Liability
Centova is not liable for indirect damage, including consequential loss, loss of profit and loss of data. Liability is limited to the amount the client paid Centova in the month concerned.
8. Permitted content
The client is responsible for all content placed on their hosting plan or radio station. Content that breaches Dutch law or infringes the rights of third parties is not permitted.
9. Changes
Centova reserves the right to change these terms. Changes are published on the website at least 30 days before they take effect.
